Daniel Hoogeveen a.k.a. Sjokotov was born in Hannover, Germany on August 18, 1978. He is drumteacher and mailman, and founded the band Sesame Stress in 1997. Previously he played in cover band The Blue Baboon.



After eight years of service, three demos and one full-length album Daniel Hoogeveen decided to part ways with the band. The remaining members decided to call it a day and Sesame Stress split up.
