Christian Gomez was born on January 27, 1978 in Ottawa Canada, to Mexican parents. He started playing guitar at age 10. He formed his first rock band called Sixth Sense at the age of 16. The group signed with EMI in the year 1995 for its first production, but never came to fruition after a couple of years began his career as a drummer.
As a drummer Christian Gomez has accompanied various artists such as Pilar Montenegro, Yuri, Haash, Erick Rubin, Jeans, Yahir, Alejandra Guzman, the Fifth Station, Ricardo Montaner and others.
In 2000 Christian Gomez formed his progressive rock band called Psycho, with whom he recorded his first material in 2002 titled simply ' Psycho'. After the release of this material Christian Gomez participated in Music Expo 2002 in Mexico City and then had a series of Psycho presentations among which were the support group for Michael Angelo, Adler's Appetite (Guns 'n Roses), Zeta Bozzio (Soda Stereo) and others.
Christian Gomez has taught drum clinics for the store Metropolis Music Center in Guadalajara, Culiacan Sinaloa and other alrrededor of Mexico. He has also participated in demonstrations and clinics opening for Marco Minneman, Walfredo Reyes jr. and others.
In 2003 Christian Gomez joined the group Nata which continues to tour and record.
2006 saw Nata's second production of entitled 'Krudo', which was promoted with a series of concerts around the entire Mexican Republic and the United States.
In 2007 Christian joins Mothora, a commercial rock group which released its first material called 'While everyone is asleep'.
More recently Christian Gomez continued to accompany different artists, playing Dr. Frankenstein the Rock Opera with Psycho. The second album of Psycho was released, and Christian's solo album came out in mid-2010.
