Chris Helme played drums in New Bedford, Massachusetts melodic thrash metallers The Accursed until they called it quits in June 2008.



The band was further comprised of Helme's brother Jonathan on vocals, guitarists Tim Giblin and Loki, and bassist George Pacheco.



The Accursed's full-length debut, "Seasons of the Scythe", was released in the U.S. in October 2006 through Screaming Ferret Wreckords.
