In 2008 Bryan A. Butelefski graduate of St. Mary Central High School. He discovered a love for jazz music and drumming at an early age and has been performing for nearly a decade.
Hailing from Neenah, WI Bryan Butelefski is involved with many jazz groups in his area and is also a founding member of the jazz/funk trio Sulco, a group that gained recognition after winning a statewide battle of the bands competition.
Most recently Bryan Butelefski was selected as a member of the 2008 Jazz Band of America and had the opportunity to share the stage with jazz greats Patti Austin and Phil Woods. Bryan has also received the Les Paul Award (2006) and the Louis Armstrong Award (2008). In 2008 Bryan also won the PAS Fred Hoey Scholarship. He started attending the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in the fall of that same year, planning to major in jazz performance/education.
