Arjuna Schiks (1985) was born and raised in Amsterdam and has been composing and producing ever since he turned fifteen. Throughout the years he made hundreds of tracks. His style varies between ambient, tech- house, electro and electronically produced modern classical music. His sound is characterized by a very melodic and mainly warm electronic vibe.



Since 2006 Arjuna has been performing live at dj café Twstd and later The Getaway in Amsterdam. Also he has been performing in De Winkel Van Sinkel in Utrecht and the open air party at Almeerderzand.



Arjuna Schiks composed and produced music for the Diesel fall/winter fashion show during the Amsterdam Fashion week 2007 and the Midzomer Zaan festival where his music was played by deejay Isis alongside pieces performed by and with violist player Janine Jansen and the Wouter Hamel band.



Arjuna Schiks' music has been well received by both deejays and and crowd amongst them are: dj Dimitri, Sensation White and Free Funk festival. In 2007 Arjuna will be performing live at Mystery land festival in Haarlemmermeer and FFWD Parade in Rotterdam. This fall Arjuna will perform live during the Amsterdam Dance Event.



At the moment Arjuna Schiks is working in the studio at several co productions with 100% Isis and dj Dimitri. First record release is planned before the end of 2007 on All is one records.
