Antal Steixner has been for years Alain Labrie's percusion player and companion. They've been playing thogether for years in bands like "Les Charmeurs,La Brisa Flamenca, Skizzenbuch, da Gaia a.o.

At the moment he is one of the best and most wanted Flamenco percussion players in the Netherlands and abroad.

Steixner has developed his own percussion set up with "cajon" (a wooden box with two different sounds, best compared with snare and kick), "udu" (an African vase that sounds like an Indian tabla), "djembé" (African drum), "darbouka" (north African hand drum), "cymbals" and all kinds of little percussion instruments.
