Dutch percussionist and vocalist Anita da C'hi bought her first bongos at age fifteen.
She received lessons from Ernesto Arendel, Jeroen de Rijk, and Eddy Conard, and made sure she played live all the time.
Anita da C'hi has toured all over Europe with La Vie en Rose, Marlies Helder, Nasty Girls, Too Hot To Handle, Super-Q and Da Gaia.
She played with local bands in Bangkok, Indonesia and Honduras, and stayed on Tenerife for a year playing with members of The Drifters and one of Tina Turner's background vocalists.
Back in Holland Anita toured with Tim Immers and Bert Heerink, and is featured on releases including:
