Anders Kobro plays drums in Chain Collector, the Norwegian band featuring guitarist Gøran Bomann (Carpathian Forest), guitarist Kjell Jacobsen (Neon God) and vocalist Kjetil Nordhus (Trail of Tears, Green Carnation). The band inked a two-album deal with the Portugese label Sound Riot in August 2004. Their debut album, "The Masquerade", was released in November 2005.



Anders Kobro is also known from In the Woods, Last Call Inc. and Green Carnation. In this latter band Kobro replaced initial drummer Alf Tore Rasmussen. Kobro was replaced by Tommy Jackson in September 2004. Commented band leader Tchort (a.k.a. Terje Vik Schei, ex-Emperor, Satyricon, einherjer):

"Anders [Kobro] is a metal drummer and most of all, an extreme metal drummer. We didn't feel that his drumming skills was what Green Carnation needed for the two last albums, his skills are of much more use in a band like Carpathian Forest, where he still plays."
