Alec Pure (real name: Alec Puro) is best known as drummer with Los Angeles-based art-industrial-rock band Deadsy.

He also worked with the Oakley Krieger Band and Robbie Krieger (the Doors), and drummed for Cher, Jackson Brown, Scott Weiland, and Robert Downey Jr. among others.

More recently Alec Pure composed the score to the film 'The Good Night'.
