Alan Madhavan was session drummer in Nervecell, the deathcore act from the United Arab Emirates. In November 2004 the band released a 5-track EP entitled "Human Chaos". The band's line-up on this album was completed by Rajeh "James" Khazaal (lead vocals, backing vocals and all bass), Barnaby "Barney" Ribeiro (rhythm guitars and acoustic guitars) and Rami Mustafa (rhythm guitars, all lead guitars and acoustic guitars).



Alan Madhavan was also drummer in Nephelium until he decided to part ways with the band in August 2013. Dave Black (Blastomycosis, Will of The Ancients) stepped in as temprary live drummer.
