Stephen Asamoah-Duah is the winner of 2011's Young Drummer of the Year competition. The finals took place at The Royal Spa Centre, Leamington Spa on Sunday 6th February.

Ten final contestants, aged 12-16, set an impressively high standard of musicianship.
The highly-competitive show was judged by professionals such as Clem Cattini, Jon Hiseman and Ash Soan.
Eventually 14-year-old Londoner Stephen Asamoah-Duah was crowned the winner with his incredible chops and groove.
Stephen pulled of a superb two-minute solo and two perfectly executed band tracks - one of which all finalists had only heard for the very first time that morning.
