According to Blabbermouth, Brian is forced to cancel his planned appearance with the Moby Dicks, as part of a New Year's Eve all-star Led Zeppelin tribute concert in Las Vegas.

Brian will be temporarily replaced by Quiet Riot drummer Frankie Banali. The injured drummer stated on Twitter:

"Typin with yor arm in a sling after u get back from er after wipin on your mtn. bike n breakin yor collarbone jus sux. So much for playing drums new year's in vegas with The Moby Dicks. (...) My year will b all uphill from here. I'll be c-in my healer wizard Dr. morovati tomoro and get this bs out the way asap."

In related news: Brian Tichy has once again organized a new installement of the Bonzo Bash. The tribute to John Bonham of Led Zeppelin will take place on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at the Observatory in Anaheim, California during NAMM Jamm 2013.

Many of the drummers who have performed at previous Bonzo Bashes are back, as well as some new. Among them are Steven Adler (Guns n' Roses), Dave Lombardo (Slayer), Simon Phillips (Toto, Jeff Beck), Mike Portnoy (Adrenaline Mob), and Jojo Mayer (Nerve).

This is the chance for many out-of-towners to check a Bonzo Bash out as Natal and Marshall are presenting this on opening night of the NAMM show.
