Tom Schofield, who co-founded the group in 1997, sparked rumors of a rift in early July when he stated AJ Cavalier was on an \"indefinite hiatus\" from the band. Tom also revealed that he was \"looking for new musical opportunities\".
Soil\'s remaining members, guitarist Adam Zadel and bassist Tim King, have now confirmed the pair has quit.
Chainwax drummer Mike Tignino and former Silvergun singer Jordan Lee have joined the band for Soil\'s upcoming shows.
