The world\'s most famous band, The Beatles, are to sue two record firms: EMI and Capitol Records.

Drummer Ringo Starr (real name: Richard Starkey), Sir Paul McCartney, and the estates of George Harrison and John Lennon, are claiming € 20 million of unpaid royalties.
The Beatles allege both record labels have withhold millions by fraudulous transactions, according to the BBC.
The Beatles have sued EMI before. Their two last legal disputes occured in in 2005 and 1991.
