Scissor Sisters have announced that they will be touring with a replacement for regular drummer Paddy Boom (real name: Patrick Seacor). The drummer is suffering from ongoing back problems. That\'s why previous gigs in Minneapolis, Chicago and Toronto had to be rescheduled. In a posting on their web site, Scissorsisters.com, the band state about their current situation:\"We spent our days in Chicago rehearsing with a temporary replacement for Paddy. He\'s amazing, and we are confident that he will do the show justice until Paddy is ready to return (...) Paddy is getting himself back on his feet and he\'s gonna be back onstage with us as soon as the docs give him the a-ok.\"
Scissor Sisters are set to play a charity Halloween gig at London\'s Brixton Academy on October 31. November will see the AMerican group touring across the UK.
