Ryan Adams has revealed on Twitter that he will participating on the next Lemonheads album. As well as drumming, the alt-country/rock singer-songwriter (not to be confused with Soultone endorser Ryan Adams) will be producing the band's record.
The upcoming release will feature frontman Evan Dando, the band's only constant member, alongside founding member Ben Deily, who left the band in 1989, as well as he band's former bassist, Juliana Hatfield, who appeared on 1992's 'It's A Shame About Ray' (featuring David Ryan on drums).
The Lemonheads, who feature Devon Ashley on drums for the last couple of years, released 'Laughing All The Way To The Cleaners - The Best Of Lemonheads' earlier this year.
Their last album of all-new material was 2006's 'The Lemonheads', which Evan Dando followed with the 2009 covers record 'Varshons'.
