Pearl has introduced two new Limited Edition VBA drumsets with finishes exclusively for Europe at the Musikmesse in Frankfurt, Germany.
Based on the Vision-family formula, the new Pearl VBA drumset features birch ply shells. The set comes with a 22x18 undrilled bassdrum, 10x7 inch and 12x8 inch toms, 14x12 inch and 16x14 inch floor toms and a matching birch ply snare drum. Each VBA drumset is equipped with a special designed Artisan II finish by Pearl.
All will be complemented with a fresh badge design and Pearl's 890-Series hardware.
Exlusive finishes The first new finish is the VBA826EX/C796 featuring Starry Nights with curved flashy stripes on a black based finish, equipped with chrome drum hardware and a black bass drum head.
The other limited 'XTR46' VBA kit, VBA826EX/C79, is inspired by industrial surroundings, finished grey with yellow stripes and the XTR46 wording, equipped with chrome drum hardware and featuring a black bass drum head.
Each Vision VBA is outfitted with Remo Pinstripe tom batters and clear resonator heads, coated snare batter and clear snare head, and PowerStroke3 bass drum heads.
Pearl's recommended retail price for both versions is €1308 euro.
