Jazz drummer Taiga "Tiger" Onitsuka, who is just nine years old, has officially become recognized by Guinness World Records as the world’s youngest professional drummer.

The title was made official on Thursday, while he was in New York to perform at the Clinton Recording Studio with artists such as famous pianist Benny Green.
Tiger Onitsuka started playing the drums at the age of five. He he first performed in New York two years later in 2005.
Tiger released his first major label album, 'Tiger!', through Columbia’s Savoy Records in April of this year.
