Prior to the release of Mennen\'s new album \'Planet Black\' (European release on May 26, 2008), drummer Fon Janssen and the rest of the band have announced a change in their line-up. Guitarist Eric van de Kerkhof has been replaced by ex-Zinatra guitarist Gino Rerimassie.With Gino\'s \"return” the band claim they will adjust the setlist as well for the upcoming tour. This will be a pleasant mix of old Zinatra classics and Mennen songs. Comments an enthusiastic Joss Mennen:
\"I hope we will fulfill the wish of a lot of people, who were asking for a Zinatra reunion for many years this way by playing some old Zinatra tunes during our shows.\"
Mennen have already released four studio-albums (not including the upcoming new one) and two live albums, of which the last one the in Cincinnati (USA) live recorded \'Freakalive\' . The new album is produced by Erwin Musper (Van Halen, Scorpions, David Bowie) and will be released world wide via Armageddon Music/SPV.
Tonight, February 16, 2008 Mennen will play live at Plato Helmond in The Netherlands as special guests of Gotthard. Showtime Mennen 20.00 hours.
