The 2007 Kerrang! Awards took place at the Brewery in London, UK last night. Enter Shikari and Machine Head both received two of the annual rock magazine awards.

Enter Shikari, with Rolb Rolfe on drums, were named best Live Band and also picked up the Spirit of Independence accolade.
San Francisco metallers Machine Head, with drummer Dave McClain, scooped an award for \'The Blackening\' as best album, and picked up an award as Hard Rock Hero.
Gallows, featuring recent Zildjian endorser Lee Barratt on drums, and Madina Lake (with drummer Dan Torelli) were named the best British and best International newcomers. Shannon Leto and 30 Seconds To Mars provided a huge surprise beating off stiff competition by scooping the best single award for The Kill.
Best bands My Chemical Romance, with Bob Bryar on the drum throne, were nominated four time but only cashed one award: as best International Band. Welsh rock act Lostprophets, since early 2006 with Ilan Rubin behind the drum kit, were named best British Band for the second year in a row.
American rockers Fall Out Boy, featuring sticksman Andy Hurley in their line-up, won one accolade. They took home the best Video award for This Ain\'t A Scene.
Career awards Metal legends Judas Priest, boasting Scot Travis on drums, were inducted into the rock magazine\'s Hall Of Fame.
Nine Inch Nails bagged a Kerrang! Icon in recognition of their long-standing career.
The Deftones won an award as best Classic Songwriter, for creating memorable and timeless songs.
