System Of A Down skinsman John Dolmayan is planning to launch an Internet-based comic-book company when the band goes on hiatus after this year\'s Ozzfest winds down. Ozzfest\'s final show this year takes place on August 13 in West Palm Beach, Florida. Says John Dolmayan:\"It\'s my other passion — I love music, and comics are what I\'ve also been into since I was a kid. I\'m a nerd, man. I\'m staying true to my nerd roots.\"
During System Of A Down\'s long hiatus, the group\'s other members have plans as well. Guitarist Daron Malakian will be launching a new band called Scars On Broadway and plans to work on their debut album this fall. System bassist Shavo Odadjian is likely to be part of that group too. Odadjian is also planning to collaborate musically with the Wu-Tang Clan.
