Tomorrow, August 5, will mark twenty-two years since the passing of legendary drummer Jeff Porcaro.
Jeff will be remembered with a special performance featuring his dad, "Papa" Joe Porcaro, on Tuesday, August 5, at Mambo's Café from 8 to 11 pm. Mambo's is located at 1701 Victory Blvd in Glendale, California.
Also performing will be David Garfield on keys, saxophonist Larry Klimas on sax and Wrecking Crew member Chuck Berghofer on bass.

Joe Porcaro has been one of the top session drummers in Los Angeles for decades, and has worked with such artists as Stan Getz, Freddie Hubbard, Frank Sinatra, Natalie Cole, Boz Scaggs, Toto, and Madonna. He is also the author of 'Odd Times'.
