David Silveria, former drummer of Korn and current sticksman of Infinika, pleaded not guilty this week in an Orange County courtroom, following his arrest for driving under the influence (DUI) earlier this year.
David dismissed reports suggesting he was drunk at the time of his arrest in March.
The drummer rear-ended another vehicle. When police were called to the scene, David claimed that he was not drunk driving, but the accident was the result of a sleeping pill David had taken the night before.
According to the musician, he had blown a 0.0 on the breathalyzer during his arrest, but police took him in after he admitted to taking a sleeping pill.
According to gossip site TMZ.com, David will now receive a pretrial date next month.
