Carter Beauford, drummer with Dave Matthews Band, has teamed up with Vic Firth for a new model drumstick.

Carter's new Vic Firth signature stick combines a 5B shaft with an extended taper and elongated oval wood tip. Length is 16", diameter is .595".

For a distinctive look and feel, the butt end of the stick features yellow anti-slip Vic Grip coating.

According to Vic Firth, the result provides superior response, sound, and versatility. List price is $20.50.
