The second day of the Modern Drummer festival 2008 had six more artists on the programm, with the special appearance of Carmine Appice with his drum band Slamm! Somewhere in downtown Manhattan the grooves and rhythms of blast beater Derek Roddy, technical fine tuner Dafnis Prieto and the other artists must have been heard out there on the streets, beating up the traffic jams into the flow of the festival. Another day with different grooves.
