The new Performance Series LowPro Travel Kit from DW Drums was named "Best in Show" at the 2018 NAMM. In 2017 the company introduced the single-headed Design Series Pancake Gong and Pancake Bass drums, and it was almost a natural follow up to build a very light and easy to transport drum kit based on these drums. Sold separately, but there is also a transport bag available that you can see in the video below. The Snom Most notable is the creative idea of the portmanteau Snom: a linguistic blend of the word Snare and Tom. Hence, you can use the drum with snares also as a tom. You can even put it next to the other tom when you want to use another snare drum.
