Drummers Nicko McBrain of Iron Maiden and Randy Clarke are featured on Whocares, Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi and Deep Purple singer Ian Gillan’s new charity group. Whocares is a collaborative effort to raise money to benefit those still affected by the Leninakan earthquake that struck Armenia in 1988.

Nearly three decades after both musicans recorded Black Sabbath’s 'Born Again' album together, they joined musical forces again.
Whocare's two-track cd single, due out in in Europe on May 24th and in the US on June 27th via Eagle Rock Entertainment, will also include a video clip plus 40-minute documentary about Gillan’s and Iommi’s involvement with this cause over many years.
The two new songs are Out Of My Mind and Holy Water, and both co-star the iconic twosome. The former track also features HIM/Daniel Lioneye guitarist Linde Lindstrom, former Metalliva bassist Jason Newsted, keyboardist Jon Lord and Iron Maiden drummer Nicko McBrain.
The latter track includes guitarists Steve Morris and Michael Lee Jackson, bassist Rodney Appleby, Hammond Organ player Jesse O’Brien and drummer Randy Clarke, with a Duduk solo from Arshak Sahakyan and Duduk and keyboards from Ara Gevorgyan.
