Also, after twelve years in Detonation, bassist Otto Schimmelpenninck has decided to leave the band due to his busy schedule with Delain.
The two remaining band members, guitarist Mike Ferguson and vocalist Koen Romeijn, have recruited Allard van der Kuip as Detonation's new drummer and Harry van Breda as their new bass player.
Allard van der Kuip is known from his drumming with Grindpad (winners of the Dutch metal battle 2010). Previously Allard played with Caedere and De Waonzin, among others.
Harry is known as the vocalist in I-Chaos and also the guy that recorded and mixed Detonation's upcoming album, 'Reprisal'.
