Last weekend Marina Auto Stadium in Rochester, New York reverberated with the music of drum and bugle corps from all over the world and culminated in new world champions. The Reading Buccaneers are the new DCA world champions in the open class (128 members or less). It\'s record sixth consecutive undefeated season for the corps.

Minnesota Brass Drum and Bugle Corps took second and Rochester\'s Empire Statesmen took third place in the open class.
Fusion Core from Morris County, NJ is DCA\'s new world champion in the Class A division for smaller groups. The other Class A finalists for 2010 were Kingston Grenadiers, Carolina Gold and The Govenaires.
The action-packed days of the world\'s best all-age drum corps performing at DCA\'s 2010 world championship finals offered a spectacle of mighty music and good times.
All corps wanted to be at their best level in front of the largest crowd on the biggest night. Each 17-minute set was performed with concentrated energy and military precision. Beautiful unified movements by percussionists playing intricate music while marching into ever-changing formations. Click here for all scores.
This was Rochester\'s fifth consecutive year hosting the championship.
