Since Ozzy Osbourne will not join his band members on tour, the moniker that the band is going to use will be Heaven and Hell, named after the group\'s 1980 album with the same line-up.

According to Osbourne\'s spokesperson, the \"Prince of Darkness\" was not fired from the band and will be featured on Black Sabbath\'s new album, slated for a release at the end of next year. Ozzy Osbourne will also be touring in promotion of the cd.

The only remaining question is if keyboardist Geoff Nicholls will rejoin the fold. So far no information about his possible involvement has been disclosed.
