Responsibility and quilt are the main topics in the Dutch media the day after the drama during the Zuco 103 concert in the centre of Utrecht, The Netherlands. Politics, organizations and media are competing on the latest news about the cause of the accident.

The upcomming weeks several local and national organizations will be doing inquiries to clearify who is responsible for the falling stairs during the concert that 7,000 people attended. On Monday it became clear the city of Utrecht is official owner of the stairs that fell down on the crowd. According to Dutch law, that would make the city counsil responsible for the drama that happened 40 minutes after the concert of Zuco 103 started.
On Monday, local representitives said all the teams responded accuratly when the accident happened. the Police, the fire departement and ambulance services were at the scene within 3 minutes time. People close to the scene responded in a professional way without panicing and focussing on those who needed help the most.
Drummerszone.com was present at the concert, recording drummer Stefan Kruger and percussionist Claus Tofft for the web site. Below you will find a video taken 20 seconds after the band stopped playing. We also took some \'stills\' from the footage on which you can see the immense crowd in front of the stage that was a boat in the middle of the Gracht-river. The people in front of it are on two floating pontoons, exactly the same as the stage boat. On the image of the stairs you see people standing/dancing. Those stairs came down 10 minutes after the shot was taken.
Latest casualty update is 10 people got heavily wounded. 3 Of them were in a critical condition. On Monday there were still 7 people in the hospital, one of them in Intensive Care.
