Richie Costa drummer for Serpent Underground won \"Drummer of the year\" for 2007 and his band won an award as \"Metal band of the year\".

Serpent Underground is currently in the studio putting finishing touches on there much anticipated album release titled \"The Lie\". This album should hit stores early 2008 and has already been pushing the band to higher levels in the music industry.

They recently have performed with bands such as: Powerman 5000, DragonForce, Five Finger Death Punch, Old Fashion Beatdown, and many others. Stay tuned because the Serpent Underground will strike out of no where.
