Rise To Offend (R.T.O.) is the creation of my long time friend John Plumley he was guitarist for Anvil Bitch/Dominance back in the mid to late 80\\\'s. Along with Alex Bouks/Goreaphobia plus Great musician/engineer Lance Walter/Rhawn Street Studios and Myself we have some really nice tributary songs in the vain of our earliest influences such as Motorhead,Mercyful Fate,Iron Maiden,etc.
