Virginia based Deep Prose Software today announces ThumbDrums 1.0 for iPhone and iPad. ThumbDrums is a personal drumming app that lets you tap out beats on a range of different drum sets.

ThumbDrums is easy to use, just fire it up and start tapping. A variety of different drum sets are available, each with its own sound and look.
iTS design is key - the entire screen is wall-to-wall tappable, making it easy to start playing right away. Because there are no empty spots, drumming with ThumbDrums feels natural - you don\'t need to be staring at your device to make sure you hit the correct part of the screen to make music.
The drums are touch-sensitive both in the center and around the edges, and can be swiped as well. Bongos, djembe, congas, and tbila drum sets can all be played, and a stereo option is available.
You can also play along with the songs in your music library.
ThumbDrums 1.0 is available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Music category for $0.99 USD (or equivalent amount in other currencies).
