In this second video of our DW Factory coverage, Brent Wetli, Manager of Customer Service with a Great Sense of Humor at DW, shows us some special items and places you will never see unless you visit the drum company. Like the gravity defying tech of the DW Air Lift stands and the differences between the first DW5000 bass drum pedal from 1977 and the version introduced in 2019. As Brent states in the video: "You can see the difference between a few decades of engineering."
