Australian hard rock band Airbourne, featuring Ryan O\'Keeffe on drums, and Norwegian black metallers Mayhem, featuring Jan Axel von Blomberg aka Hellhammer on drums, are confirmed for Wacken Open Air (WOA) 2011.

After their last bloody show at Wacken 2004, Norwegian black metal icon Mayhem will return to Wacken in 2011. The band is fronted again by former vocalist Atilla Csihar, who replaced Maniac in the end of 2004.
Airbourne will rock the Wacken-Fans already for the third time next year.
Their show at WOA will be the only festival show in 2011 for both bands.
Apocalyptica, Avantasia, Blind Guardian and Suicial Tendencies were previously confirmed for WOA 2011.
