Furio is considered to be one of the leading drummers in Italy, and has also gained international recognition when he had the honor to perform at the 2002 Modern Drummer Festival in New Jersey, USA.
Furio Chirico is also a renowned teacher and educational director of a national music- and drum school in Italy. Furio is using Meinl Byzance and Generation X Series cymbals.
