Vocalist Sammy Hagar (ex-Van Halen) has asked Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith for his new band. Also guitar virtuoso Joe Satriani and former Van Halen bass player Michael Anthony will participate.

Chad Smith and Sammy Hagar started to learn to know each other because they\'re neighbours in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
First they played some cover songs. After Joe Satriani joined they started to write original compositions.
