Dutch thrash/hardcore act Skulls And Flames recently called it quits, but from the ashes now a new band arises: Waking The Dead.

Drummer Mike D and bassist Ed agreed to continue to thrash and shred together. Ed switched from 4 strings assault to 6 strings mayhem and Mike still maniacally beats the skins.
Soon after the duo found Jaap and Tim from Amsterdam to fill in on screams and bass. Expect again some fast thrashing.
Early 2007 Waking The Dead will record their first demo and will start playing live on stage. Early May a mini tour of the UK is planned.
