Drummer Rob Heijne (photo) has parted ways with Dutch outfit Ruben Hoeke Bluesband, in order to join blues guitarist Julian Sas.

Heijne is followed up by Remco van der Sluis, who previously plyed with Jan Akkerman and Thé Lau, among others.
Renewed Ruben Hoeke Bluesband are currently writing new material.
Blues gitarist Julian Sas recently and quite unexpectedly decided to stop with his band, including drummer Pierre \"boogiemachine\" de Haard. Sas is starting all over with a complete new line-up, including Heijne on drums.
