Swedish drummer Snowy Shaw (real name: Tommy Helgesson) broke his right pinky toe earlier today — just three days prior to his scheduled appearance at the Wacken Open Air festival in Germany as touring drummer for Sabaton.
Snowy did not elaborate on the cause of this accident, but simply wrote on his Facebook page:
"This is just perfect! :-( Broke my right pinkytoe today and I'm playing Wacken on Friday... Barefoot as always. But I've toured six weeks with a broken leg with King Diamond, so I'll get by somehow."
