Forget the monster kits played by Mike Mangini, Terry Bozzio and the like: Mark Temperato holds the Guinness World Record for the largest drum set at 340 pieces. And after a 1,200 hour revamp, he is about to crush his own world record with an even bigger kit! Mark expects to release the new total soon.
Mark, who plays drums with the worship band and preaches at his Lakeville church, Breath of Worship, says the drum kit is a representation of his faith and that every piece in it has a purpose.
The drum kit is permanently set up in the Breath of Worship Church in Lakeville, Minneapolis.
