Blurring the lines of digital and live music, Living Beats bridges the gap between live performance, production and improvisation.
The music organically spawned from a live session with Makaya McCraven on drums, MPC (Radius ECT) and DJ Moppy of CutzonCutz.
Makaya used these improvisations as the inspiration for these beats adding keyboards, bells and percussion new melodies and renditions off Makaya's recent record, "Split Decision."
Additional production and mixing were done by Chris Kramer of Tensei and a special guest appearance was made by the hip hop Violinist Savoir Faire and has been featured in Facemelt's ChiSound II compilation.
