"Exploring" is a reinterpretation of reality, of daily life through new stimuli, new senses, through each person's experience in space and time.
In light of this, our perception of each day changes, or has changed as a result of an ever-evolving journey, and will change again, perhaps, defying boredom. Everything is here, now; it is in the present moment that everything happens. In musical improvisation as in life, the more present you are, the more you create. If you become aware of this, everything becomes fantastic. Focusing our attention on a single moment is a factor of infinitesimal nervous tensions.
Like the filaments of a light bulb about to turn on. Mental stimuli that convert into electrical impulses in the brain, so that our nervous system is predisposed to perceive the here and now in an amplified manner, the only moment of which we are eternal witnesses (the mindlessness of Eastern meditative traditions).
When music is done well, with heart, in a mindless mode, it allows you to go beyond, to interface with a communication field within which we are all connected. Every barrier falls, of any kind, be it linguistic, cultural, racial. We are there in the air, nourished by vibrations and sometimes ecstasy when the performances are at their peak.
With "Exploring," the journey continues, starting now. Jazz is the container, the language, even a way of life, a philosophy. In it, each of us cultivates the mastery of a way of expressing ourselves through notes and sounds.
