Alex Carreri, bassist and double bassist, presents his new project “Don’t you worry ‘bout a thing,” an original and exciting reinterpretation of international pop and rock classics.

Following the release of the albums “Chemical Blend” – Videoradio 2006 and “2nd Street” (with Groovin’ Action) – Music Center 2009, Alex Carreri in this new musical adventure has selected songs from groups and band leaders such as Deep Purple, Eagles, Stevie Wonder, Sade, Jimi Hendrix, Beatles, and Animals, and reimagined their music with a fresh and contemporary sound. The band, consisting of electric bass, guitar, piano, and drums, uses a modern language with captivating arrangements, synthesizing various styles like jazz, soul, funk, and Latin.

The album, produced in the recording studio and released by Ultrasound Records, is enhanced by the presence of excellent musicians from the national scene such as Alessio Menconi and Maxx Furian.
