I began playing drums in church at the age of two, where both of my parents were and still are Pastors and Ministers of the Gospel. By the age of 13, I did my first recording with a well known gospel group called “The Gospel Seekers”.



By the time I turned 20 years old, I had already played on 40 records. At the age of 24, I began touring with and playing drums for the R&B singer, Donnell Jones and from there my career took off. I then started playing for gospel groups such as: Virtue, Tonex, Dr. Bobby Jones, The Clark Sisters, Ki Ki Sheard, Dorothy Norwood, Lance Williams and Donnie Mc Clurkin. I also play with my own group called “GPS Trio” (Gerard, Pablo & Sed) we play all styles of music: R&B, Jazz, Funk, Fusion, etc. I also get calls to do clinics and workshops at many churches.



Lately, I have been blessed to play for Patti La Belle, a world renowned R&B, Soul, and Gospel Singer. Ms. La Belle also has her own TV show called “Living It Up with Patti La Belle”. I have also had the opportunity to make television appearances with her on Good Morning America and an ABC special, I also have more upcoming television dates on my itinerary. When I am not on the road with Patti La Belle, I play for a gospel group called Lance Williams & True Worship.
