Sander Helmink joined Dutch group Ceremony of Opposites in November 2009, replacing previous sticksman Tim Verheijden. Sander made his live debut with the new band in january 2010.



He did not stay long though: Sander Helmink and Ceremony of Opposites parted ways in may 2010 due to "too many mutual tensions among the band members". Sander was followed up by Rolf Janssen.



Prior to Ceremony of Opposites, Sander Helmink played with Sinisterum and Shadow Lake.
