Robby Karras (real name: Rob Humeniuk) was behind the drum kit for the Bulletboys in the 1990's. He is featured on the hard rock outfit's 1995 release 'Acid Monkey'.
Robby grew up in Jamesville until age nine, then moved to Southwood. As a teenager he drummed with the bands Stillwater’s Edge, Harlot, Paris, and Ice Water Mansion.
In 1988 Robby Karras moved to Los Angeles and joined a band called Burn.
Then he got an audition with Tod Howarth, who was in Frehley’s Comet, they had a gold record. He was going to record a demo for Gene Simmons, so they did. Then Gene signed us to his production company, Man of a 1000 Faces.
After a Tod Howarth show at the Whiskey, the singer for Bulletboys came up to Robby and said, we need a drummer; you want to come and audition?
Robbie met Ratt vocalist Stephen Pearcy in 1994. Shortly after, in 95, he played on an album with him called 'Vicous Delite'.
Robbie Karras stayed with the Bulletboys till 1999.
