Artist biography Richard "Richie Ramone" Reinhardt
Born Richie Reinhardt on August 11, 1957, Marky Ramone’s replacement on drums was also known as Richie Beau prior to joining The Ramones, when he played with the New York City band The Velveteens.
Richie joined the band in 1983 and stayed until 1987 or 1988. He also played in The Velveteens.
After Richie it would be Clem Burke who hit the skins for a short while. In fact, Clem Burke played two gigs. He played aswell in Blondie and Chequered past. Clem was great drummer, but his drumming style wasn't right for The Ramones. Soon after Marky Ramone rejoined the band.
Richie has put the Ramones behind him. He works at some hotel in Florida.
