Matt Maben was Darkest Hour's original drummer when they started in 1995.



After the band's second release, "The Prophecy Fulfilled" (1999) they did a a split seven inch with Ground Zero.



Shortly after Matt Maben was asked to leave the band. He was replaced by new drummer Ryan Parrish.
